Stretch; uniquely combines aspects of Tai Chi, Yoga, Stretching, and other activities in a gentle yet thoroughly relaxing exercise session for good posture, flexibility and balance.

Stretch classes can also be booked on a private one 2 one basis, or private group basis - advanced booking is essential.
Stretch sessions can be booked in advance for home visits,
or at a venue of your choice.
Private one 2 one Sessions are £45 per hour, (plus expenses depending on whether a venue is hired, home visit, etc - these details will all be discussed at the time of booking depending on your requirements). Click here for home visit cost and booking terms.

Please wear clothing you're comfortable exercising in, footwear is optional at your discretion.
Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat, and drinking water. (Using your own mat is more hygenic than ones provided at a gym, etc.)
